Chillax is an indoor Chumash league hosted at JH Rose. What is Chumash!? Chumash is a fast paced 3v3 lacrosse game that builds stick skills and field sense in a tight space. Keep in mind that this video shows the outdoor version of Chumash, but we will be playing indoor with an indoor lacrosse ball that is soft. This means full pads/gear and checking will NOT be allowed.
**NO EXPERIENCE NECCESSARY!**
How the Chillax League Works:
Teams will play 3 or 4 games during their hour of play each Sunday. Games will be 5-7 minutes long with a short break in between each game. Some teams will play back-to-back, while others will have longer breaks.

Sunday, January 8 - Intro to Chumash and practice round of games
Sunday, January 15 - Round 1
Sunday, January 22 - Round 2
Sunday, January 29 - Round 3
Sunday, February 5 - Round 4
Sunday, February 12 - Round 5
Times:
Elementary School Boys & Girls - 2:00-3:00
Middle School Boys & Girls - 3:00-4:00
Where: JH Rose High School Turf Facility
Required Equipment: Lacrosse stick, mouth guard, tennis shoes (Cleats are NOT allowed in the Rose Turf Facility)
Cost: $60; Includes a reverisble pennie (All participants must also have an active USA Lacrosse membership)
