Scorpions staff creates a player custom roadmap for each player.  The roadmap contains the skills and steps a player needs to take to achieve their goals.

For example, the below are the common measurements and metrics as a Senior for D1 prospects.

Velocity:
Infield (throw across to 1B) – 85+ MPH
Mound (Pitchers) – 90+ MPH
Pull down (crow hop) – 2 to 3 MPH higher than INF or Mound velocity
OF (throw to Home) – 87+ MPH
60 Yard Dash – 6.9 seconds or faster
Home to First – (Right handed hitter) 4.3 seconds or faster; (Left handed hitter) 4.2 seconds or faster
Hitting Exit Velocity – consistently 90+ MPH
POP Time (Catchers) – consistently 1.95 or faster
