OUR OUTDOOR MOVIE GUIDELINES , SET OUT BELOW, APPLY TO BOTH OUR VENUES: LACHAT TOWN FARM AND THE WHS PARKING LOT.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE GUIDELINES BEFORE ATTENDING.

General information

  • The lots will open at 7.30pm and the movies will start at approximately 8pm.
  • For Lachat movies, please enter at the upper parking lot at 1 Ladder Hill Road (this is the same street as the Weston Field Club).
  • For WHS movies, please go to the WHS parking at 115 School Road.
  • The audio will be broadcasting on 90.9 FM, which you can tune into on your car radios.  Portable radios work as well.  The movies will not be broadcast over speakers on site.
  • You will receive your pre-ordered movie snack packs at check-in.  There will be no food available for purchase on site.  There will be no trash cans due to safety reasons, so please carry out anything you bring in.
  • Please turn off your lights.
  • We urge you to bring/wear organic bug spray and wear suitable clothing for the weather.

Covid Regulations:

  • Please wear a mask upon entering the parking lot.  You can hand your printed-out purchase confirmation to the attendant at check-in (or present it electronically).
  • Parking spaces will be marked by cones.
  • Cars can back into spaces and sit in their trunk bed.  Visitors with pick ups are also allowed to sit in the truck bed.  Open top cars and sitting on cars is also permitted.  Sitting in chairs outside of your vehicle is permissible but we recommend this more for adults - you must stay at all times in your parking area.
  • We can not allow any congregating outside of vehicles and ask you to stay with your own party for the duration of the event.
  • If you need to leave your vehicle to use the bathroom, please wear a mask.
  • There will be one porta potty at Lachat and two porta potties at WHS, by the entrance with a hand sanitizing station.  You may want to bring a flash light with you.

Thanks for adhering to all the rules set in place; we appreciate your help in maintaining a safe environment for us all.
