Scholarship Request Application
Coastal Sports Managment (Coastal Sports) will consider full and partial scholarships for players who, without financial assistance, would be unable to participate in the Southside Lacrosse League program for which the application has been submitted. You may submit a Scholarship Application via the link below. Before submitting your request, please read the following directions, terms and conditions.

Each Southside Lacrosse program has a limited number of scholarships available each season. If the number of scholarship applications submitted and approved exceeds the number of scholarships available, scholarships will be determined by a lottery system.

Requirements for Eligibility:

Player must be of eligible and appropriate age to participate in the program and division for which the application is being submitted.

Parent/Guardian commits that Player will attend a minimum of 90% of all scheduled practices and 100% of all games and tournaments unless a specific notice of conflict(s) is/are noted in this application.

Parent/Guardian of Scholarship recipient agrees to volunteer four (4) hours per $100 of the scholarship value during the scholarshipped season. Volunteer hours will not exceed 15 hours per season.

Examples of Program-related volunteer activities include, but are not limited to: game/event check-in desk; game scorekeeping; team communication; special event assistance, such as coordinating Team Tents at tournaments.

Scholarship values are based on standard tuition and do not include early registration or late fee values.

Qualifications & Application Procedure: For Scholarship consideration, the Player's Parent or Guardian must complete the following application in its entirety and submit the supporting documentation requested.
All Scholarship requests must be submitted via this online request form. Incomplete applications may automatically be denied.
Coastal Sports will consider all Scholarship Applications completed with supporting documentation and received one week prior to the first scheduled practice of the season.
The dollar amount of the scholarship awarded (if any) may be a partial or full scholarship depending on the number of applicants and amount of scholarship funds available. The parent, guardian or head of household noted on the application will be notified of Scholarship award status.
This application is considered private and will not be shared with anyone other than the Scholarship Review Board.
Upon receiving the completed Application and supporting documentation, Applicant will receive a reply within five (5) business days.
