You may think that once you are on a team you don't need lessons. But lessons should really be part of your overall training plan throughout the year. Lessons are an important part of becoming a well-rounded lacrosse player. And lessons can benefit a beginner as well as a very advanced player. Lessons can focus on fundamentals and mechanics, or they can develop situational lacrosse IQ. Lessons complement the team training we provide because a player is working one-on-one with a coach. And keep in mind that lessons don't have to be taken on an ongoing basis to be effective. You can take 2-3 lessons to work on something specific, and then not take any for 6-9 months.
