Friday Night Lights is designed to offer Smithtown East baseball players in grades 7 and 8 a chance to prepare for the up coming season. This pre-season training will be a four week program leading up to the Middle School Season.  The workout emphasis will be on hitting, throwing mechanics and fielding fundamentals.

We will be limited to 30 players 

DATES:  Thursday Jan 30th, Fridays Feb 7th, 14th, & 28th                                  TIME: 7- 9:30pm 

LOCATION: Smithtown East High School Gyms             REGISTRATION FEE: $200        

*Please note that the FNL program will be limited to the first 30 players that sign up per session.
