**COVID Refunds - If our event is canceled in full due to government restrictions that don't allow games, a full refund (less any credit card processing fees) will be given. If you choose to pay by check, a full and complete refund will be given. Utah Storm Cup will follow all government guidelines at the time of the tournament, including any social distancing or limitation of fans at games. Teams that are unwilling to follow any sociail distancing guidelines present at the time of the tournament, will forfeit games without refunds.
