Dollars for Doers

A DFD matches volunteer hours instead of cash that an employee provides for a community benefit organization.  For instance, Microsoft employees who volunteer their time to MSLC, report their hours to Microsoft's DFD program.  In turn, Microsoft sends our Club a check.  DFD programs pay anywhere from $10 to $20 dollars an hour for their employees to work for non-profits.  These contributions are a great source of non-dues revenue for the club and we are super appreciative to Microsoft for having such a program.  Other companies have DFD programs too.  Please let us know if your company has such a program
