To All Winter Youth Teams,

The last CCM winter fitting is this evening at Chelsea Piers CT.    This is the LAST time we will have fittings for our youth teams.  Please make time in your schedule to attend if you did not attend last week.  If you know the sizes from last year you DO NOT need to come to the fitting- we are ordering CCM gear again and the sizing is the same as last year.  Simply follow the ordering instructions on the order worksheet and place your order online by April 22nd.  PLEASE BE PATIENT DURING THE FITTINGS AND EXPECT A LINE.  WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE IT QUICK.

HOW THE FITTING WILL WORK

Come to the assigned fitting and try on your equipment, uniforms, and apparel.  Fill in the order worksheet (attached in the documents section of the CJR website for you to print out).  DO NOT TURN THIS IN!  YOU PLACE THE ORDER ON THE HOCKEY SHOP NOT WITH US OR CCM!  Again, if you know your sizes you do not need to come to the fitting.  We recommend taking a screenshot of your order worksheet on your phone so you have a copy in case you lose it on your way to a computer to place your order.  The tracksuits, hoodies, jerseys, ccm hockey pants, hockey gloves, and helmets will all be the same sizes and fit as last year.  Tracksuit, hoody, cap, and backpack are all included in your winter tuition but still need to be ordered so that your player gets the right size.  We will only allow a certain number of people in the room at once so please form a line OUTSIDE of the room.  

After you fill in your order worksheet, proceed to the online CJR Hockey Shop at www.cjrhockeyshop.com and place your ordering accordingly NO LATER THAN APRIL 22.  All of the items can be found under the WINTER TEAM ORDER section.  These items will be ready in time for the winter season maybe sooner.  We have other items available in the IN STOCK ITEMS section.  These can be ordered now as well and will be available for pick up within a few weeks if not sooner.  If you have placed a spring order recently, they should be ready in the next week or so and you will be emailed when your order is ready for pick up.  REGARDLESS OF THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT APPEARS DURING CHECKOUT, ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE CJR HOCKEY SHOP WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF CPCT OVERLOOKING THE NORTH RINK.
