Field Hockey Equipment Guidance.

Mouth Guards - All Players

Must be a visible color.

NOT white or clear.

Shin Guards - All Players
Must be from ankle to knee.

Eye Protection - All Players
Must be legal for Field Hockey, not Lacrosse Goggles.

Field Hockey Goggles have the solid bar across the eyes.

Lacrosse Goggles don’t have the solid bar across the eyes, and are illegal in Field Hockey games.
