Once the tournament begins, the rain date (July 15, 2018) will NOT be utilized.


We take the safety all participants, fans, and supporters of IGIVELAX very seriously. Therefore, if severe inclement weather occurs, the tournament reserves the right to cancel time slots until the weather improves.


If the weather requires for the tournament to be canceled for the remainder of day, a partial refund would be credited to for the following year’s tournament.

·            We will monitor the weather throughout the day. Should it become necessary to evacuate the fields there will be 2 means of immediate communications available.

o   We will send a notification via Remind 101.

o   The central horn will sound 3 times followed by a pause and then repeated 3 times and followed by a pause. This will continue until we are sure we’ve reached as many people as possible.

·            When seeking shelter should return to their personal vehicle. When play is ready to be resumed a message will be sent via Remind 101 detailing what time play will resume. Please see the information below regarding suspended play and resumed play.



 Any festival games suspended by weather will NOT be made up.


Play will pick up at the set of scheduled games beginning at that point in time. (ex. – play suspended at 12:30 and resumes at 2:00, play begins with games scheduled for 2:00)

Score of games at time of suspended play will be considered final.




Any tents being set-up by attendees are required to be anchored/secured so as to prevent the tent from becoming airborne in the event of any significant wind.

 If a request by a league or tournament representative to lower and stow your tents is made, this must be done immediately. This is being done for everyone’s safety.

Programs not adhering to these guidelines will be noted and liable for their actions.
