LaxPrep Program Aims to Reduce ACL Injury Risk

Through a partnership with Medstar Sports Medicine, US Lacrosse has developed a research-based warm-up and exercise program, called LaxPrep that can be used to help reduce an athlete’s risk of lower extremity injury. You can download the article in PDF here and go to the article itself for the linked resources.

Age Appropriate Boys Practice Plans

Take advantage of coaching resources from US Lacrosse!  Best practices in age-appropriate practice planning have been developed ages U9-U11 (found here) and ages U13-U15 (found here).

Age-Appropriate Practice Plans

The station based plans and drills provided in the US Lacrosse Age-Appropriate Practice Guide work great as "canned curriculum" for the brand new lacrosse coach or as a starting point to help even the most experienced coach approach practice planning in a way that the kids will love. Each plan has been carefully crafted to put the athlete first and help them reach their full potential.
