GSC Private Hockey Lessons
The Greenwich Skating Club has teamed up with another elite group of coaches this year to offer private hockey lessons again to its members. This year’s coaches have both elite hockey experience as players and experience as coaches to help develop challenging and engaging lessons for the players. Time and Date:
Private lesson slots are:
Monday 6:30-7:30am
Tuesday 6:30-7:30am
Wednesday 6:30-7:30am
Private Instruction:
Private one-on-one instruction is specifically catered each time to the needs of each player being coached. This is ideal for players as it allows for continuous feedback throughout the 1-hour session and is constantly changed per session based on that specific player's needs.
Semi-Private Instruction:
Players are given the opportunity to be taught game specific skills and then immediately translate them into small area game realistic situations in these fast-paced group sessions. Players can form a group of 2-4 and work on a variety of skills. Keeping player to coach ratio extremely low is incredibly important for proper feedback throughout the session.
Goalies:
Goalies are welcome to join any session, private or semi-private, for free if they simply want to get shots without any instruction from a coach. If a goalie would like a private or semi-private session with an instructor then the rates apply and we will supply shooters for the session.
***Please note that lesson fees are not charged to your club account but can be paid in cash or check at the end of the lesson.***
