No Practice on Thanksgiving or the week between Christmas and New Years. Schedule will be updated as we go. If Upper Darby School District is closed we are closed. If there is inclement weather we will post on this website.
Location: Upper Darby High School. You may park behiond the High School and enter through the back doors directly into the Wrestling Room.
What to Bring/Wear:
*Water Bottle*Headgear*Wrestlers should wear t-shirts/shorts to practice
*Sneakers /slides/Street Shoes are NOT to be worn in the wrestling room. Only wrestling shoes are allowed
*Wrestling Shoes should not be worn outside of the wrestling room.This is the best way to keep our mats clean
* Sneakers/Slides etc.. should be worn to practice and wrestlers should change into wretling shoes in the hallwat before entering room.
*Please Shower after every practice, Meet or Tournament
*Please note the wrestling mats are cleaned prior to each use
* Finger nails need to be cut short*
*Long Hair needs to be pulled back*
*Wrestlers with braces must use a mouth guard*
* Any skin conditions need to be reported immediately as we are guest in the high school wrestling room
