Maximum Pitches per day

       Little League Age 11 and 12 (players age as of 8/31 of this year):    85 pitches

       Age 9-10:   75 pitches

       Age 8:     50 pitches

Rest Days (calculated in our system when pitches are input)

      66 or more pitches in a day, four (4) calendar days of rest required (Day 1 is the day after pitching, so if a player throws 70 pitches on a Tuesday, he/she must rest Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat before pitching again)

      51-65 pitches in a day, three (3) calendar days of rest required.

       36-50 pitches in a day, two (2) calendar days of rest required.

       21-35 pitches in a day, one (1) calendar day of rest is required

       1-20 pitches in a day, no calendar day of rest is required before pitching again

Pitchers may not pitch three days in a row regardless of pitches.
