Co-Ed Fall SSAQ Camp
Speed, Strength, Agility, Quickness
Tuesday thru Friday, Weeks of September 21 thru December 20
Ages 12 and up
The purpose of these Strength & Conditioning Classes is to make the youth athlete faster, stronger, quicker and more explosive. Oftentimes, it is this type of training that gets the youth athlete to the next level of play. These classes incorporate the use of our 3500sf Strength & Conditioning Gym plus our 20,000sf of turfed indoor fields.
Tues - Fri Daily Sessions: 5:30PM to 7:00PM
Attend all or some sessions.
Program amenities:
- All instructors are certified and mature and responsible adults
- Attendees are separated into age appropriate groups
- The following activities will occur on an age appropriate basis:
- Speed / Strength / Agility / Quickness Activities / Training
- Separate Boys’ and Girls’ restroom facilities
Conveniently located in the heart of Bristol for East Bay residents and just minutes over the Mt. Hope Bridge for all of Aquidneck Island and Tiverton.
