Meeting Minutes 12/8/16 Called to order 7:11 by Amy
 
1. Review of Fall Season

  1.1. Ended dates - 

   1.2. Maybe start earlier next year (both earlier in September and earlier in the day)

    1.2.1.   7/8  didn’t really practice as much due to hockey (some soccer, football too)

    1.2.2.   5/6  was full up at the tournaments

     1.2.2.1. The fields were smaller (surprised), couldn’t handle the number of kids

     1.2.2.2. Maybe see about different tournaments next time

     1.2.2.3. Maybe pay town to use Jenkinsville

     1.2.2.4. Not going to Gladiator in Scotia next year (7/8 & 5/6)

    1.2.3.   7/8 lost a lot of players for different reasons

2. Possible winter activities

  2.1. Dome on Sunday nights

    2.1.1.   Jan 8 - Feb 19 run by Jim Morrisey

     2.1.1.1. $78, 5/ 6:30-7:30; 9/12 7:30-8:30

3. Frank - 

   3.1. Spoke on Adam holding a summer mini camp

    3.1.1. Poss 26th - 30th, from 9 - noon Monday - Friday

    3.1.2. Around $100/player/week

   3.2.  Maybe a spring clinic for coaches and some players run by Kevin Hunt from Champlain Valley, will have more next meeting.

4. Amy - 

   4.1. Has information from another photographer (local) looking to do photos.

    4.1.1. Will bring information to discuss next meeting

5. 2017 Board Positions open (Board Members and Coaches)

   5.1. Everyone is up, with the exception of President, and Treasurer 

    5.1.1.   

6. Attended: Lenny, Amy, Chris, John, Rich, Frank, Joyce, Scott.

7. Next Board meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the WGF Squad building.
