CHILDREN WILL TRAIN AND PLAY GAMES!
Children will train and play games for one hour according to the below schedule:
WEEK 1,2- 35 MINUTES OF TRAINING - 15 MINUTES OF GAMES
WEEK - 3,4 MINUTES OF TRAINING 15 MINUTES OF GAMES
WEEKS 5,6 - 20 MINUTES OF TRAINING/WARM UP - 30 MINUTE GAMES
9am - 9:50am - 6,7 years old.
10am - 10:50am - 8,9,10 years old
11:am - 11:50am - 11 - 14 years old
