Football Equipment Handouts

The Central Dauphin Youth Rams provide all required equipment with the exception of cleats and athletic supporters. Equipment will be handed out in mid-July.  The exact dates will be provided later in the spring.  In order to receive equipment, each player must provide the following documentation:

  • Completed CFA (league) Form
  • Completed Physical Form 
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
