Physical Testing
Lacrosse is a physically demanding sport. It requires complete athletes who are willing to push themselves to another level in all areas. Along with the athletic demands, lacrosse also requires discipline and hard work with developing and maintaining stick skills in the offseason through the regular season. Below you will see the physical goals that we are striving towards.
