SUMMER 22: Skills & Agility | AXIS Conditioning and Hoops
Axis Conditioning and Hoops has training, teams, clinics and programs for boys and girls where we teach all players the fundamentals of the game of basketball, focusing on the development of team concepts and ideals, as well as individuals.
This summer we will be introducing a new program to our Summer Lineup!!! Our Afternoon Skills & Agility will be a 90 minute workout every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer time. This program will focus on deatiled skill work on the court and explosiveness off the court. Every drill that is done is designed to add to your skill set and make you a more explosive athlete. Some different drills and excercises to expect: ball handling, finishing, shooting, play making, cone drills, parachute sprints, jumprope, defensive slides, lunges, squat jumps, you name it!!!
