Axis Conditioning and Hoops has training, teams, clinics and programs for boys and girls where we teach all players the fundamentals of the game of basketball, focusing on the development of team concepts and ideals, as well as individuals.
Our Summer High School Player Training Camp has a new twist this summer. On Monday and Friday it will be ladies only!!! These 60 minute workouts are designed for players who want to make a real impacton their high school teams. The training camp is 10 weeks long, ALL SUMMER! Beginning the week of June 20 - August 26. It will be fast-paced and touch on all areas of the game: conditioning, scoring, shooting, strength, footwork, finishing, basketball IQ, defense, rebounding, plus much more.
