-Jerseys 2022 TBD at later date as 2021 Board voted to invest in matching game pants to match jersey for 2 years

Fall Flag opened on Friday, April 1st

Socks-Raised $1298.00 - Great Fundraiser and Youth Wrestling and Muddogs shared on pages to help us out - All agreed to be sure to share their fundraisers in the future

1st step will be notarized Friday when go to bank and then mailed in takes 7 to 9 weeks

Once approved go to Upper Freehold Township to be able to have Basket Raffles & 50/50 with legiate gambling
5) Liberty Lake
Christa & Lydia reached out to Curtis at Liberty Lake
Saturday, September 10th Weigh in Date Available
All in attendance agreed to book Liberty Lake
$15.00 a person Hamburgers, Hot dogs, Salads, Ice Tea, Lemonade and all Liberty Lake fun
May meeting can decide on all other details to include charge to families, raffles, etc.
Lydia & Krista volunteered to take the lead on this event
7)NEW BUSINESS
-Wish List: Need to make a list of what we what in need for the coming years to have a plan for the funds we are raising (examples mentioned: turf field, new concession trailer, bubble,tax accountant may need to be hired if we go over $50,000.00 and other equipment may want )
-Community Service: Suggested that the kids give back to community- Idea of a clean up day was suggested
-Recruitment: How are we going to reach the kids & parents?
High School had a 7th & 8th grade football interest meeting, Mr Dolci shared the list with us (only 7th graders on list are already our kids)
Suggestions: information meeting, a video to post on our website and social media platform - to educate parents on safety of playing football and highlight our helmets, shoulder pads, and coaching staff
-Parades: Stacey volunteered to take the lead on the North Hanover Memorial Parade 5/28 & the Columbus Day 6/11 Parade and will invite all members to join in FUN
