Our Elite AAU Basketball program for girls looking to develop their skills on a more competitive level. This is accomplished through the use of experienced and qualified coaching, player development and positive encouragement. Our philosophy is to instill a positive attitude, sportsmanship, basic fundamentals, confidence and high standards. Our council is committed                                        to teaching teamwork while promoting the love of the game. 



  • For Girls 10U-17U
  • Fall/Winter season runs November through February
  • Spring/Summer season runs March through July










  • Fielding multiple teams per grade level.
  • Teams will consist of 8-10 players per team.
  • Teams are divided up based on skill level. We place your athlete on the best fit team where they can grow with proper development and competition.
  • Teams compete on the Travel Circuit and will compete against high level competition.
  • Exposure teams are for Grades 14U-17U only. 
  • 16U & 17U College Exposure teams have 4-6 overnight tournaments.
  • 15U-17U teams off in June for high school summer league and continue in July. 




  • Players are evaluated and placed according to skill level. 
  • Tryouts will evaluate the players skills through a number of drills and games
  • Tryout groups will be broken down by age.
  • Players are required to attend one tryout.
  • Players can come to more than one tryout.
  • Players playing on their High School team cannot tryout until their season is over. 
  • Tryout Cost: $20​ (Pre-Registration is recommended)​​







  • Teams practice twice a week 
  • Practices start no earlier than 6PM and finish no later than 9:00PM. Younger teams practice in the earlier time slots. Practices are 1 hour and 30 minutes long. 
  • Practices consist of techinal and tachical training as well as building offensive and defensive schemes.

  • Teams will compete in 8-10 tournaments 
  • Most tournaments are within 1hr from the Plainfield/Naperville area.
