Online Schedules - to be posted no later than 1 week before the start of the session. Please do not print this out or save a screen shot! We don't anticipate many changes, but sometimes they are necessary after the initial posting and at times throughout the session. Check your schedule prior to each game to make sure you have the most up-to-date information for your team. Teams will play 1 game per week unless makeup games are necessary.
Adult League Player Waiver & RosterRequired by all players and must be submitted by each individual player online through their fsasports.com account. Don't have an acount? No problem, click the link above and the system will prompt you to create one.
Fees: $250 Deposit is due to secure your team's spot in a league. If you submit registration without payment you will have 24 hours to login to your fsasports.com account to make your deposit payment online and secure your team's spot. If payment is not made within 24 hours your team will be moved to the waiting list. We will not be accepting payments onsite. The main contact for the team will need to collect from players and can submit the balance payment online through their account or mail in a check. The balance is due prior to your team's first game.
Roster Size: We suggest a maximum of 15 players for indoor leagues. Rosters will not be frozen and are expected to be kept up-to-date for your team. Roster checks will occur throughout the session.
Uniforms & Equipment: All teams must wear coordinating, numbered shirts (not included). An alternate shirt must also be supplied in the event of a color conflict – Home team changes. You will not be able to borrow pinnies from FSA.
Turf and indoor flats are acceptable forms of footwear; players will not be allowed to play in cleats. Shinguards are mandatory and long pants can only be worn by the goalkeeper.
