CCYB - Refund Policy

If registration is still OPEN:

- Full refunds will be given for canceled regisrtaions. 

If registration has CLOSED:

- No refunds will be given for canceled regisrtaions. 

- A prorated refund will be given for a season-ending injury or illness.

How refunds are PROCESSED:

- All refunds will be credited to a Family Account and can be applied to future registration fees. 

- All refund requests issued by check or credit card are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
