SoccerFest FAQ's


Q1. How many games is my team guaranteed and when are they played?

Answer: Unless we have a severe weather problem all teams U9 & U10 will play four (4) games and U11 & Up will play a minimum of 3 games with an additional championship game.  Generally two games are scheduled on Saturday and one (1) Sunday with the championships on Sunday afternoon.


Q2. What is the cost of your tournament and when do I need to apply?

Answer: The costs for teams applying to the tournament are:

  • Boys and Girls, Ages U9 & U10 will be $500 per team.
  • Boys and Girls, Ages U11 & Up will be $550 per team.


Q3. Can I register my team if there are U15 players on it?

Answer: Yes, you can register a U14/15 team however all players need to be in 8th grade.  The team needs to be a blend of players and cannot be comprised of all U15 aged players.


Q4. Can I edit my registration?

Answer: Yes. There is a link from the SoccerFest page to edit the application. Sign in and click on the registration name to edit.


Q5. Is there a place to note potential conflicts?

Answer: There is a spot in the registration, where any comments or special requests for scheduling can be entered. Please note that these requests cannot necessarily be guaranted, but will be noted by those creating the schedule.


Q6. What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: Please see rules and regulations for more information.

Q7. Is there a discount if multiple teams from the same club sign up?

Answer: Yes, the discount will be applied once all teams for that club are registered in the CSC system. Once that is complete please send the registrar ( ) an email and the discount will be manually applied.


Q8. How do I pay the tournament fees?

Answer: Registration fees can be paid by credit card or by check:

Q9. When are schedules posted?

Answer: Schedules will be posted at least one week prior to the event. Please realize that minor adjustments may be necessary.


Q10. When is registration?

Answer: Teams are encouraged to take advantage of our e-Registration.  In-person registration will also be available on Friday night at Bacon Academy. Your confirmation email will have those details.


Q11. What time does the first match begin on Saturday and Sunday?

Answer: Tournament play begins at 8:00AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings. 


Q12. Is this a patch tournament?

Answer: Yes, all teams should exchange Club patches after every match.


Q13. Where can we find directions to field sites?

Answer: All directions are posted on the tournament website.



Q14. Our coach/trainer works with multiple teams.  Can we request separate match times?

Answer: An email can be sent to  requesting teams not to play at the same time, but due to the size of the tournament, requests may not be able to be fulfilled. Please make arrangements for an alternate coach.


Q15. Where are trophies presented?

Answer: Trophy presentations will be done at the Main Information Tent at the Recreational Complex following your last game.


Q16. Do we need to use your medical release, or can we use our own?

Answer:  The Colchester SoccerFest Medical Release/Liability form IS REQUIRED.
