SPRING 2020 RECREATION Fees Refund Questionaire

Due to unprecedented challenges during the Spring 2020 season (COVID-19), the Board of Directors voted to refund all recreation registration fees paid for the Spring 2020 Recreation season.  

The Board also voted to allow two options to process this refund:

1. Refund 100% of fees paid to the card used to pay the original recreation fee,

or

2. Apply a credit of the total fees paid to the upcoming fall 2020 recreation fees.

NOTE: If your child played registered for recreation in the spring 2020, but intends to play Hartwell travel in the fall 2020 season, your only option is to request a refund.

Please submit a separate questionaire for each child that registered for Hartwell Recreation in the 2020 spring season.
