2019-2020 Travel Fees Refund Questionaire

Due to unprecedented challenges during the 2019-2020 season (mosquito-borne EEE in the fall and COVID-19 in the spring), the Board of Directors voted to refund 50% of the travel fees paid for the 2019-2020 travel season.  

NOTE: This does not include any monies paid to individual teams for seasonal dues.  Team dues are a team issue and handled internally with your head coach and team manager.

The Board also voted to allow two options to process this refund:

1. Refund of $237.50 to the card used to pay the original travel fee,

or

2. Apply a credit of $237.50 to the upcoming fall 2020/spring 2021 travel fees.

Please submit a separate questionaire for each child that played Hartwell Travel in the 2019/2020 season.
