The primary mission of CT Selects will be to provide quality instruction to our players in the technical and tactical aspects of ice hockey. The program also includes off ice strength and flexibility training. These off-ice workouts will improve all hockey skills. We want our player’s strengths to develop so that they can win the small one-on-one battles that are critical, so we intend to tailor the workouts to each player’s maximum ability. We have been in the hockey/training business for over 15 years. Our main objective is to teach and improve proper hockey playing and skating technique. Each player will learn to master all basic fundamentals in a controlled manner. We also want to push each player outside their comfort zone. Our philosophy is for the players to gain confidence and stronger hockey skills so that they can compete better in game situations. We believe that repetition and speed will enhance skills and proper technique.
