High School Player Spring Training Camp

5:00 - 6:30 PM

 

 

Our Spring High School Player Training Camp is back this year. These 90 minute workouts are designed for players who want to improve off their high school season. Whether you were a frosh, JV, or varsity player we will work to get you to the next level! The training camp is 6 weeks long. Beginning the week of March 21 and running through April 27. It will be fast-paced and touch on all areas of the game: conditioning, scoring, shooting, strength, footwork, finishing, basketball IQ, defense, rebounding, plus much more.
