FALL 20: Skills & Drills | AXIS Conditioning and Hoops
Axis Conditioning and Hoops has training, teams, clinics and programs for boys and girls where we teach all players the fundamentals of the game of basketball, focusing on the development of team concepts and ideals, as well as individuals.
Our Fall 2020 Skills & Drills is a 12 week long program geared specifically toward developing your game. The way basketball is going nowadays, it is more important than ever to be able to do a little bit of everything!! Our 60 minute workout will feature some speed and agility aspects too. However, the main focus will be making all different types of hoops: scoring, shooting, passing, ball handling, rebounding, defense, plus much more. Our trainers have all played at the college level, and know what it takes to be a great shooter. Come on in to our gym and let's get to work on that game!!!
