- Played D2 Lacrosse and Soccer at Slippery Rock. Second in the nation two years in a row while starting as a midfielder. National Team Membe 1991
- Started the first Middle School Lacrosse at Amherst in Western New York
- Varsity Lacrosse and Soccer coach at Smithtown, 4 time champions
- Empire State Coach and coached countless women who have been highly decorated high school and college all americans as well as Division 1 standouts
- Long Island All American selection committe, The School Girls-National Team and President of Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse
- Started new program at Hopewell High School in North Carolina , first year went to county championship
- Premier coach for the Queen City All-Star Program in Charlotte.
- Professor and Coach at Pfeiffer University (D2).

- Played college lacrosse at the University of Florida club lacrosse where she was first team All-American
