What you need to play girls lacrosse:

• Mouth Guard (2 recommended so you always have one)
• Goggles
• Girls Lacrosse Stick
• Cleats
• Gloves – Optional and not to be confused with boys gloves
• Goalies wear specialized gear including a helmet, goalie stick, chest and throat protector

4.  Play It Again Sports in Woodinville, Seattle, Renton and Lynnwood usually have a decent selection of gently used and new gear.

5.  Superior Seconds in Issaquah has a variety of gently used and new lacrosse gear and seasonal rental packages.
