Concession Drink Donations: Mick & Mary Petrone

Coordinate drink donation drop offs from all football families to be sold at the varsity home games. (usually done at the kick off pasta dinner, see below) and brought to the concession stand. Date: Sept. 3

Take player pictures for program, including individual pictures, and action shots at home and away games.  Date- All season

Assist various committee members as needed throughout the season.  Be a resource to parents of your grade with questions they may have. 

 Assist with program wide efforts such as:

- collecting parent information

 - filling volunteer opportunities vacancies

 - keeping team/grade informed of various FOF events

 - assist with scholarship committee

 - help photographer ensure every kid in grade has a picture in the program/ yearbook

The Director of committees will coordinate away game meal orders for each player- 1 time, *Parent rep will coordinate pick up of meals from the designated area and distribute meals to the players at conclusion of each away game. Date: All Season long

Senior Night:   [OPEN POSITION]

Send out invitations to senior parents.  Coordinate food donatiosn for restruants and parnets  Order flowers for player’s parent and coordinate tent rental. Create sign up for younger Players/Cheerleaders to donate food items.  Decorations for tent needed.  Coordinate players and parents’ names with game announcer. Coordinate players and parents onto the field to be announced. Date Last home game of the season (11/20)

Varsity Game Day Programs:  Keri Myers

Create/print Varsity Game Programs that includes rosters for both teams. Only done for the home games

Scholarship Committee: [Donna Finn - ]

(Ideally 2 parents from Freshman, Sophomore and Junior classes).  Distribute scholarship letters to seniors via mail, email or through Coach Daniels, collect applications, discuss and choose winning application, present scholarships at the End of the Season Banquet. Date-nov/dec

End of the Season Banquet 

Coordinate budget, send out invitations to banquet for players, parents, guests (all grades). Work on menu/seating chart for banquet at Glastonbury Hills Country Club. Date- TBD                                 

Athlete & Fan Apparel and Yard Signs Sales:  Kara Nelson

Help with sales during various FOF events including Varsity home games. Assist with the

disbursement of apparel for 2019 season. Oversee ordering. Date- All season

Program/ Yearbook: Anne George

Help solicit business donations by mailing letter to past sponsors for ads, solicit parent ads, collect ads, place in booklet for printing, submit to printer & disburse. Work with Parent rep on pictures for each team/grade. All season Long

Community Service Coordinator:  Dave Peniston

Dave Peniston is chairing but he is looking for volunteers to help with the following-

Community Service Project –  Organizes Events for our players to give back to our community in the form of community service  

Fall cleanup has been successful in the past- coordinates locations (homes) and teams to have 4-5 boys spend 3 hours doing yard work for some of our senior citizens in town. Get a group of parents to help get supplies (donated bags to put the leaves in)

Senior Gift [OPEN POSITION]

Coordinate gift for the seniors and work with End of Season banquet committee chair. Date TBD in advance of Banquet

End of the Season Banquet  Melinda Smith

Adult Social:  Wendy Lang

Raise money! Coordinate the venue, date and cost. Send out invitations Solicit for donations. Coordinate team baskets. Come up with a theme, decorate, coordinate drinks and food. Raise money through basket auctions, tea cups and raffle prizes. Date- October 28th

Concessions:  PreGame Jeff Myers / Game Day: Bill Finn  

PerGame: Purchased food and supplies for home games. Sets prices/ special food items. Organized Vendors. Coordinates wit hKey Club and Team paretns of JV and Fresman and Cheer to staff stand during home varisty games ( all Friday NIghts @ 630pm)

This person will work closely with the Game Day Chair to ensure our concession stand runs smoothly.Concessions:
