2017 LVTYFCL Football Refund Policy
Football (tackle & flag) refunds must be requested in writing and submitted to Director of
Football, mikeglick49@yahoo.com

Please Note: *ALL Refunds are minus $100 (Non Refundable Raffle Tickets)*
  • Raffle tickets may not be returned for a refund at any time after registration.
  • Refunds will be based on amount paid, minus the value of raffle tickets issued.
  • Tickets are still eligible for the prize drawing, even after a participant withdraws.
  • No refunds will be issued due to injury.
Refund deadlines for the 2016 football season are as follows:
  • Full refund minus $100 for Raffle tickets, requests received by June 1, 2017
  • 50% refund minus $100 for Raffle tickets, requests received June 2 – July 30, 2017
  • No refunds for participants who withdraw on or after July 31, 2017
Refund checks are only issued on the first Wednesday of the month and will be mailed to
the home address.

**The Lake Villa Timberwolves Board reserves the right to review any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
