This fall CYA will be hosting weekly skill development sessions for young athletes ranging across the boys 6U-14U age groups. To minimize conflicts with other fall sport commitments, sessions are scheduled to take place Sunday afternoons beginning September 8th through the month of October.

Player registration is required to attend these sessions, costing $100 to include the following:
- 6 skill development sessions with CYA and local HS Varsity Programs
- Participation in a local tournament (details forthcoming)
- CYA equipment rental (helmet, pads, and stick will be required by all participants)

Times:
6U from 12-1
8U and 10U from 1-2:30
12U and 14U from 2:30-4

Our fall program is a great opportunity to introduce new players to the game of lacrosse so please spread the word among your friends, we'd love to have them join us!

We'll wrap up our Fall Sessions Sunday November 3rd with a play-day event with PWLC and DSLC at the WOG athletic fields in Herndon.  This event will offer our athletes an opportunity to scrimmage competitive PWLC and DSLC clubs to apply and demonstrate their lacrosse skills, while having fun with their friends. 

 

Required Equipment

 

The boys fall equipment rental is included in your 2019 fall registration fee. For the new players, the rental includes: helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves. The $200 security deposit check is not included and required at the time of equipment sizing. Additionally, you will need to purchase a stick and mouth guard separately.  CYA Lacrosse will have a limited supply of beginner sticks from StringKing at cost.

Rental dates/times are TBD.  All rentals are at the CYA Shed, 12490 Bennett Rd Herndon, VA  20171
