Electronic background checks.

All coaches are required to complete a background check in order to be eligible to coach. This is now done thru Sports Illustrated Play website. 

Once there in the upper right select Login

Below the red LOGIN button select Create an Account

Follow the instructions from there.

Concussion certification

All coaches are required to present their concussion certification (you can email it to us or make a copy and give it to us during coaches meeting) PRIOR to the start of the season. If you have done certification for another sport please present the certification.
