GELL Calendar 2021 [Final 2/20/2021] *- The Spring 2021 GELL Season Calendar was finalized at the February GELL Directors meeting. This is a two-page document. The first page is a high-level visual overview. The second page is a detailed schedule in tabular form.
GELL League Bylaws (2009-2021) *- The "GELL Bylaws" were written for, and form an agreement between, the GELL's Member and Guest organizations (aka GELL programs). These organizations are listed on our "GELL Programs" page. Non-GELL organizations are not eligible for GELL member benefits.
GELL League Rules 2021 *- The "GELL Rules and Regulations" were written for, and form an agreement between, the GELL's Member and Guest organizations (aka GELL programs). These organizations are listed on our "GELL Programs" page. Non-GELL organizations are not eligible for GELL member benefits.
GELL Rules and Regulations 2022 (effective 9/16/2021) *- The "GELL Rules and Regulations" were written for, and form an agreement between, the GELL's Member and Guest organizations (aka GELL programs). These organizations are listed on our "GELL Programs" page. Non-GELL organizations are not eligible for GELL member benefits.
GELL Rules Matrix 2019 *- GELL recommends that all programs print and laminate this one page "GELL Rules Matrix" quick reference and place it at the game table for use by the table crew and referees. This matrix outlines key rules including any differences between USL/NFHS rules and GELL rules.
NFHS Boys Lacrosse Rules Book (2017)- When you renewed your US Lacrosse registration, you received a copy of the NFHS Boys Lacrosse Rules Book. If needed, additional copies can be purchased online from NFHS. Since NFHS does not provide free access to their rule book, either printed or online, we are not able to host it on the league website. This book is written with the referee in mind so it can be difficult to read.
US Lacrosse Boys Youth Rule Book (2017) *- US Lacrosse publishes the Boys Youth Rule Book, which breaks the rules out by age group. In Washington State, the boy's youth leagues align their divisions by grade level rather than age level. For example, the 7/8 division follows the U15 rules which US Lacrosse renamed to  14U in spring 2017. U15 means "under 15" and 14U means "14 and under", thus they are equivalent. This book is written with the parent in mind so it is an easy read.
GELL 34 Field Setup Diagram *- Updated for 2023, this document provides details on how to set up the field for GELL 34 games. GELL adopted small ball field dimensions for 34 games in spring 2017.
GELL Rules Matrix 2023 *- GELL recommends that all programs print and laminate this one page "GELL Rules Matrix" quick reference and place it at the game table for use by the table crew and officials (referees). This matrix outlines key rules including any differences between USA Lacrosse rules, NFHS rules, and GELL rules.
How to report scores *- Teams must enter their scores for all 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 games. This document provides instructions.
GELL Bylaws (effective 11/11/2021) *- The "GELL Bylaws" were written for, and form an agreement between GELL Member and Guest organizations (aka GELL programs). These organizations are listed on our "GELL Programs" page. Non-GELL organizations are not eligible for GELL member benefits.
