HOYTB Sponsorship Agreement- If you or your company would like to sponsor a Herndon Optimist Youth Travel Basketball (HOYTB) team and DO NOT require a 501(c)(3) donation receipt, complete this Sponsorship Agreement form. Sponsor benefits are described in the agreement. [v3 Rev 8/2019]
HOYTB Sponsorship via GHYF Donation- The Greater Herndon Youth Foundation (GHYF) was established by the Herndon Optimist Club to collect tax deductible donations. If you or your company would like to sponsor a Herndon Optimist Youth Travel Basketball (HOYTB) team and require a 501(c)(3) donation receipt, download and complete this form or go to www.greaterherndonyouthfoundation.org and complete an Online Donation Agreement and payment by credit/debit card.
