Welcome to the Moorestown Youth Flag Football League (MYFFL). The MYFFL is a community-based recreation program for boys and girls from 1st thru 9th grades who are residents of, or attend a school full-time located in, Moorestown New Jersey. We will launch registration on May 8th for the season to play this fall 2022.
Our mission is to ensure a fun experience by providing physical activity and encouraging full participation in a non-contact flag football league. Fundamental skills of football will be taught while incorporating values of teamwork, responsibility and sportsmanship. Every participant will be givenp" the chance to learn the fundamental skills of every position and be able to apply those skills in games. The league will ensure an environment of safety, respect and fair play.
We play 5v5 non-contact flag football 44 minute games each fall in sub-leagues separated by grade from 1st thru 6th grades (coed) then also by gender (separate boys & girls leagues) for grades 7-8th Boys (Middle School) and 6-9th Girls. With 6 flag football fields at our Wesley Bishop Sports Complex (north and south) we strive for all teams from the player's grade-league play their games at the same time - creating a great social and community experience for our players plus their family and friends. All skill levels are welcome as the league’s focus is fun, good sportsmanship and safe play for boys & girls while learning the fundamentals of football.
The MYFFL uses NFL FLAG Football game playing rules with minor modifications as noted in our MYFFL Rules.
