Hello Del Mar Little League families!

I am pleased to announce registration for the Spring season is now open and will remain open through Monday, February 1st.  You can register your player here: 2021 Spring Registration.

We plan on adhering to the local county and state guidelines regarding play.  I understand that the State of California and City of San Diego are currently not allowing us to play games.  However, the City is currently allowing teams to have outdoor practices, as long as they stay within their 12-player “cohorts”.  Our plan is to be prepared for the possibility of games to happen in April, assuming we are allowed by the State and County. 

Please keep in mind that there is a possibility that the State and/or City will not allow us to play any games before summer which is the customary end of our normal season.  If this happens, we will have practices only.  Once we get an idea of the registration numbers, we will come out with a schedule for the player evaluations to be held February 6th and 13th at Ashley Falls.  We are limiting evaluations to only those children who wish to play in Majors or AAA.  All other divisions will have their players assigned to teams. 

We at the league understand that children and families want to play baseball this spring, but we must do so safely and within the rules provided by the CIty.  We want every player to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
