BBC Spring 2021 COVID guidelines:
· Coaches & Parents are required to wear masks throughout the 2021 Recreation and Travel season. Parents/Family Members are expected to social distance while attending games. Guidelines will be adjusted based on recommendations from the State and CDC. Individuals who are fully vaccinated for COVID are still expected to follow the masking guidelines.
· Players are required to wear masks in the dugouts when physical distancing is not possible.
· Players do not need to wear masks while actively on the field of play.
· Temperatures of players and coaches are not going to be taken at the field. If any coach or player experiences any of the symptoms related to COVID or any other illness, they are asked to stay home.
· The Snack Shack will be fully open. All employees will wear masks. Hand sanitizer will be available on the counters.
· Players are encouraged to bring their own equipment for use. Some team equipment will be made available to players as needed.
· With the spring break upon us, we will be following the travel guidelines established by the State. Players are allowed to return to baseball activities after 7 days from the time of their return from traveling outside of NY, NJ, PA, and DE along with a negative COVID test taken 3-5 days after their return. If the player does not get tested upon their return from travel outside the NY, NJ, PA, DE area, the waiting period to return to play is 10 days. See the link below for more details:
