This Week in Aloha Lacrosse

This week we hope to have two conditioning/stickwork practices.  Players should bring full gear, and both cleats and running shoes.

OHSLA has new rules that allow players to spend time with coaches during certain periods of the off-season.  If you aren’t playing another sport, this is a great way to get into shape and spend time with your teammates and coaches.
