The DLL website has an Event Attendance feature that allows Team Managers and Coaches to poll their players for attendance at future games and practices.  Using this functionality can greatly reduce the number of emails and phone calls that were often needed to verify a player’s availability for a practice or game. 

If you receive an email or automated practice/game reminder asking you to indicate your player's availability by clicking a link or button, please do so!

To use this feature, team members should log in to their family account and navigate to their team's schedule.  To the right of each event under Actions, they will see a small "thumbs-up" button.  Click that button to RSVP for that event.

Selections made here will be visible to the Team Manager and Coaches when they are logged in and look at the RSVP's for each event from their team’s Schedule page.  

If you know your player will be unavailable on certain days, you can make the necessary selections well in advance to notify your Team Manager and coaches.

The complete practice and game schedule for all 2013 Spring teams in the Funball through Majors divisions is now available via the DLL website.  Simply browse to www.dulleslittleleague.org, click the Teams button, select your Division and Team, then click the Schedule button.

Did you know:

1) You don't have to manually enter your team's schedule information into your email calendar!  Simply click the Options button from your team's Schedule page to subscribe to a Calendar feed for your team's schedule, or to Export or Print your player's schedule.  Here's what to look for:

2) Have a player on more than one team? Click the Teams button near the top of the DLL website, then select the Multi-Schedule link.  You'll then be able to select any number of teams, then subscribe to an ICal feed, generate a calendar, or download the combined schedule for all your DLL players!

Team parents should contact their team manager with any questions about their team's specific schedule.  Managers should contact the DLL Scheduler with any schedule related issues.
