Girls 7/8 Blue COVID Health Screening
- Must be completed within 24 hours of every practice and game
- If using a smartphone, show the green checkmark for the day of practice/game (no screenshots)
- Use the same link/QR code for the entire season
- No athlete will be allowed to participate in practice or game without clearing the COVID screening
