U11 Girls Lax-Midway Recap & practice this week
by posted 05/03/2021

It is hard to believe that we are already halfway thru the season. Early on, we focused on the fundamentals:

  • Passing
  • Catching
  • Ground Balls
  • Shooting
  • Field Positions.
  • General field spacing & rules of the game.

As we contine, we will introduce offensive and defensive concepts while reinforcing the fundamentals above. We try to move the girls around to different positions so they can learn all aspects of the game.

We can see the improvment week over week and we will keep getting stronger. At the end of the day, the girls bring effort and are excited to play which is all we can ask for.

Practice this week:

Monday-Village: 5:00-6:30

Wednesday-Village: 5:30-7:00

Please reach out with any questions.

U11 Girls Lax-Field Information for today's game
by posted 04/25/2021

Good morning,

As of now we are still a GO for today's game at 12:30. I will update you if I hear anything from the other team. Please see parking information for Pingree.

All games are being played on the ‘gate field’.  Enter Pingree from the main entrance at 537 Highland Street, Hamilton - the field will be immediately on your left hand side down the hill.  This is a grass field.  You can park at the top of the hill or in the ice hockey rink parking lot (just past the field on the right).  DO NOT block the driveway.  Please make sure your families are aware that the driveway is one way.  Please continue down the driveway and it will eventually loop you back out.  Each athlete is allowed 2 family members to watch the game.  Please follow all the guidelines in regards to masking, distancing, etc.
