Greetings Home Team Families,
We are looking forward to our first Coaches Cup events of the season this Sunday. A friendly reminder we will meet early on Sunday (9:15 am). We still need volunteers for the event please follow the link and volunteer. If you volunteer to work the scoreboard you will need a smartphone with service. Races are on www.live-timing.com, which is where you will find the times to write on the scoreboard in front of the JHTC. If you volunteer to be a gatekeeper, under the signup you will find a gatekeeper video to watch which explains gatekeeping responsibilities. Volunteers, please meet Race Chairman/Volunteer Coordinator Clint Bolinder in the Jason Harper Training Center after groups leave for inspection around 9:25 am.
If you would like to provide cookies for the awards ceremony you may drop them off at the JHTC on Sunday. Below are the schedule and attached start lists. Thank you.
The schedule for everyone on Sunday, January 26th
9:15 am – meet coaches at flags to get a race bib
9:30 am – 1st run inspection
9:50 am – forerunners
9:55 am – start 1st run U8, U10, U12, U14 Ladies / U8, U10, U12, U14 Men
12:00 pm – lunch
12:50 pm – 2nd run inspection
1:10 pm – forerunners
1:15 pm – start 2nd run U8, U10, U12, U14 Ladies reversed in age class / U8, U10, U12, U14 Men reversed in age class
Awards will follow race clean up or 3:30 pm whichever is later
