Now that it is a week from your 5:00pm Pre-Game Skate here at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center, I wanted to get in touch to discuss the game-day details for your team. Please share this information with all of your parents/families who plan on attending. If there are any questions, please let me know.

Additional tickets can be purchased at any point until Friday, November 15th at 12:00pm.
Tickets purchased after this point will be at full box office prices.

If you have not done so already, please send me your rosters with full names and jersey numbers. 
Pre-Game Skate Details
Game Date: Friday, November 15th
Game Time: 5:00pm
Opponent: South Shore Knights 2012 Tier 1 
Team Arrival in Main Lobby of Dunkin’ Donuts Center: 4:00pm
P-Bruins Game Time: 7:05pm
P-Bruins Opponent: Hartford Wolfpack
There will be three (3) minutes of warm-ups followed by the team photo, player introductions and the playing of the National Anthem. 
The game will be three 12-minute periods with stoppage time and two 30-second intermissions. 
In some cases, we will need to run part of the third period to fit the game into the 60 minutes of ice time.

***As a reminder, these are non-checking games and good sportsmanship is expected from all players, coaches and families.
Other Important Information

Once most, if not all, of the team has arrived, the players and coaches will be escorted to their locker room.
No more than six (6) total coaches/parents are allowed in the locker rooms with the players to help them get ready.
Bring your team water bottles and pucks as we do not supply them.
The players will be receiving their FREE P-Bruins hats!

Because families will be entering the concourse prior to doors being open to the general public, the game’s giveaway item is not available.

Seating for the youth game will be in the lower level center-ice sections and your fans will be directed by our staff to those sections. 

Everyone needs a ticket in order to watch the youth hockey game even if they do not plan on attending the P-Bruins game later that day.

Following the skate, fans will be directed to meet their players after they are done changing at the set of stairs located at the Section 105 on the concourse. You are to stay in the building for those

Tournament Details

As you know, we are doing 2 tournaments this season. Here is a breakdown of Tournament costs and payment due dates, Hotel Information and other details. If you cannot attend either tournament, please let me know so we can plan accordingly. 


Tournament #1: Deep Freeze - January 17-20th

The Deep Freeze Tournament guarantees 3 games, plus championships. Generally, there is 1 game Friday, 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday with Championships on Monday. Depending on the schedule, we may have a game on Monday, then Championships to follow. Please expect our Friday game to fall mid day. 


Tournament Schedule will be released roughly 2 weeks before the tournament.

Cost Per Player:

$150 paid by November 15th Payable to Gino DiGiallonardo (Venmo: @ginodigiallonardo) or cash/check at practice or game

Hotel Cost:

$930 For Friday (1/17), Saturday(1/18) and Sunday(1/19) Night 

3 Nights - Departing Monday

A 50% deposit of $465 will be due at the time of reservation

Balance will be due upon arrival


Room Description:

The rooms sleep 4-6 people. If you have a smaller group and would consider sharing a room and splitting the cost, please contact me and I can put parents in contact with each other.


Reservation Date:    

We have a block of rooms being held until October 22 under “Central Mass Outlaws - 69850”. Please be sure to book your rooms prior to this date.


Team Activities:    

The hotel does have a pool, but depending on the schedule, we will try to have some team activities, such as dinners, bowling,           tubing, etc. - more details to follow.




Tournament #2 - Mites Invitational - NESC February 14 - 17th

The Mites Invitational Tournament guarantees 4 games with semifinals and finals for each division. Expect a game being held on Friday mid day, Saturday and Sunday with Championships on Monday. 


Tournament Schedule will be released roughly 2 weeks before the tournament.

Being a local tournament, there is no hotel required. We will try to have some team activities during the tournament depending on the schedule.
