Location: Enfield Twin Rinks, Enfield, CT
Gary Dineen Hockey School classes focus on individual skill development as we teach all aspects of skating and edge control as well as puck skill (stickhandling, passing & shooting). Our drills will offer players an opportunity to work on proper technique while being challenged to push themselves on the ice.

Mass/Conn United Expanding Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds with Limited-Travel Teams
Enfield, CT - Mass/Conn United is excited to announce the formation of limited travel AAA teams for the 2019-’20 season.
The Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds Limited-Travel AAA program is designed to provide players an opportunity to play for enjoyment, fitness and fellowship. Skill development and team concepts will be stressed. This program will allow players to experience competitive independent and league play, with limited travel, in an environment that provides a fun learning experience. It is ideal for players and families who wish to participate in a hockey program without the demands of a heavy travel schedule.
Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds Limited-Travel program costs will be affordable for those transitioning from the area's recreational programs.
The Jr. TBirds will field Limited-Travel AAA teams at the following levels:
U14 Bantam Major
06 Bantam Minor
07 Pee Wee Major
08 Pee Wee Minor
09 Squirt Major
10 Squirt Minor
Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds Limited-Travel AAA teams will utilize ice at both Enfield Twin Rinks in Enfield, CT and Olympia Ice Center in West Springfield, MA.

Mass/Conn United (MCU) is Western New England’s largest travel youth hockey organization for boys and girls, with teams competing in the United States Premier Hockey League (EHF Division), New England Girls Hockey League and Eastern Minor Hockey League. MCU’s member programs, Connecticut Jr. Huskies, Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds, Springfield Jr. Pics and New England Jr. Falcons, offer development opportunities for ages 4 to 19.
New England Jr. Falcons 2010 Elites bring home another banner for ETR with the NH Monarchs President’s Day Tourney Championship!!! The 10 Elites ran the table and capped off a perfect 6-0 weekend with a big 7-1 semifinal win over the East Coast Wizards and a 4-3 double OT nailbiter win over Atlantic Thunder in finals. Congratulations to Coach Latulippe and the team!!!
